IP based auth wasn't working on Debian-3.1-stable
problem solved by rewriting regexp

HOW IP BASED AUTH WORKS:
a) Each IP addr is binded to FilerGroupID
b) Each FilterGroupID is configued using dansguardianfX.conf, where
    X is the ID.
